At Passax, we endeavour to provide a quality of service to all our customers that ensures our customers return to us time and again. It is that philosophy which motivates us and calls upon us to offer the best technology solutions for our customers, backed by a dedicated support structure.

We provide complete Information Systems Technology support, encompassing hardware, software, networks, communications, new technology and peripherals. And our support structure is built upon over 25 years of knowledge and experience allowing us to troubleshoot and repair almost any Information Systems issues our customers present us.

We have a dedicated repair and maintenance facility based in Galway city, which allows customers to 'drop and collect' items such as notebook computers, printers, desktop PCs and other items. We also have a delivery service which can accommodate customers throughout Ireland.

Our Service & Support Department services the needs of customers ranging from warehousing distributors to hotels and restaurants to the medical and public sectors. We provide nationwide support with a focus on the Connaught area in particular, with customers as far as Ballina, Limerick and Dublin.
